QSL bureau ONLY operates using the RAC defined "method B". That is
where the client provides funds (cash PayPal or cheque) to the bureau
and the bureau provides postage, envelopes and other packaging
required. The bureau charges, as in the past, the actual cost of
postage plus a service charge of 9 cents to 90 cents, depending on the
volume of cards shipped and packaging requirements, per mailing. The
bureau will provide appropriate packaging to minimize the risk of card

more than one call. While your bureau will try to package cards for
multiple calls together you will likely receive separate mailings for
each of your multiple calls, especially if your calls fall into
different letter managers grouping. The incremental cost for multiple
mailings is minimal.
To have your cards
regularly mailed to you, all that is required is that you provide funds
to the bureau. We suggest that you maintain a minimum balance of $5.00
or more depending on your expected card volume.
